The stream is fed from the mountains and runs through the south side of the property. It is surrounded by old growth elm and scrub oak. In the evening it is wonderful to have dinner on the patio with the stream gurgling in the background. In the summer it is great to put your feet in the creek and let the cool water run over them.

Note: The stream is managed by Pleasant Grove City, so flooding is not likely. During the "flood" a few years ago, the city diverted the stream long before it became a problem. Since we moved here, the stream has never left it's banks or been too swift to stand in. Too cold to sand in yes, but never too swift. :)
